Just por customer service

I have been a Best Buy customer for quite a few years and have never been treated so poorly in my life. I set up a stereo install for my boat, when calling the install department TJ the person on the phone told me there was no appointment in the books. He then told me that I must be mistaken he never forgets to add an appointment. I took the day off for the install and am loosing income and not able to purchase or have the stereo insalled in the boat. He offered to set up appointment two weeks from now, but I informed him that would not work for me. He then hung up the phone offering no resolution at all. I then called to speak to the manger, he listened then thanked me for the feedback and hung up the phone. Never apologiszed or made an effort to assist. This is the poorest customer experience I have had with any company. This is the store in Mount Juliet TN. I will Never go back!!!!

I apologize for any confusion in regards to the scheduling of your installation. If the appointment was not properly scheduled and it wasn't booked at the store, the store may not have had openings to accommodate your request. I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this caused you. If there was not an installation date available that worked with your schedule, were you able to get your purchase refunded? Do you still have the items that you were looking to have installed?

You missed the point. I took off work which caused me to lose income and still did not get a stereo installed. There was no confusion on my part at all. Too top it all off the staff in the install department and store manager did not care that I was unhappy with the service or how I was being treated or the income I lost. How is that taking care of your customers? NOT AT ALL!!!

As Fey noted, we’d be happy to see what options may be available to help if you’re still interested in getting that stereo installed in your boat. I ended up going to Electronic Express for the purchase and install.Which they did in a very professional manner. 

Are you able to give me a good reason not to shred my Best Buy credit card?
