Item says delivered, never was

I had a delivery with best buy and they delivered part of it. The status on my account says the entire order was delivered. The delivery was two stove ranges, one electric and one gas, the gas was never delivered. I have tried for over five hours to get this resolved and nothing! I just want either proof it was delivered something like a signature picture since my workers are saying it never was or the item shipped or my money back to my card. I can't be the only person that this issue has happened to
