Item Marked as Delivered, but never Delivered.

I ordered a Sony 77" A9G OLED TV on Dec 9th, 2020 and it was set to be delivered on Dec 11th. 2020. I received email confirmation that I would be receiving the TV on Dec 10th informing me that I would be getting a call about an hr before scheduled deilvery between the hours of 7am and 1pm. Around 1:30pm, I did not receive a call or the TV and called BB customer support to be told that it was picked up at the warehouse around 11:30am. I infomred him that I was working from home during the time of pick up and they insited that it was I who picked it up.


Any TV delivery or pick up from BB I've done in the past required a signature at bare minimum for such a high value item! Its a 77in OLED TV, there should definintely be a signature for that, and not just a hey here you go. Thats how these situations happen. There is no signature, there is no evidence that it was I who picked it up. The warehouse rep told me that I have biger problems than the missing tv if someone is running around with my information and that I should focus on that. Completely rude and unprofessional. Never have had this issue with best buy so Im not sure if its just this location, but at this point in time, I dont want the television, I just want a refund!


I was on hold forever twice today not not be helped. I have already filed a claim with my bank and this is a clear case of services/merchandise not rendered or delivery. I have an email saying it will be delivered and that is was delivered. But I have no TV and there is no evidence of delivery from BestBuy's side. There is no confirmation from me via email or signature that I authorized or accepted a pick up order.


BestBuy, this is a ~$4000 television, I will not let this go. Please provide evidence you have that I authorized or picked up this order or give me a refund. Its already enough that people are going thru during these times and when I try to treat my family to an early christmas present, this happens. My order details are below for reference and I also have receipts of the emails that were sent to my directly by BestBuy confirming that my item was supposed to be delivered to my residence.
