Is there any accountability at Best Buy

We have an order for appliances that should be delivered tomorrow. A representative caused them to be pushed back until December 1st. This will leave us three weeks without a refrigerator or other appliances. No one responds to calls. Does Best Buy actually care about customers spending thousands of dollars? Or is Best Buy trying to go out of business by losing customers to competitors who actually do care?

I figure since I can’t get a response any other way I will try a forum. Social media is next.
