Installers Broke $2k TV unpacking for installation - No claim support

I unfortunately hired Geek Squad at Best Buy to install a 65" TV we purchased through a military base store. Because my husband is totally disabled veteran we needed install and thought the money we saved in taxes could be put toward that service. Well the installers broke the television while unpacking it. You'd think when they advertise their services as 100% guaranteed they wouldn't be lying.  All I've been left with is a claim number to be processed by an insurance company who after now 4 hours straight has no available agent and no way to hold for one and unanswered questions as to whether their process is to reimburse me for what the TV cost or if they will replace. I cannot go out to buy the TV if it's still on sale and they replace or whether I will be stuck with a reimbursement rate lower than the current cost of the TV. Would have been nice to at least know for certain what my options were. 
I contracted with Best Buy Geek Squad not an insurance company. Their installers broke my TV not me and taking advantage of anyone much less disabled veteran seniors who gave the quality of their lives to this nation is disgusting. Everyone passing the buck(s).......ours unfortunately! Do not buy their products or services! This company is not a reputable company.
