Installer no show no contact

Delivery window confirmed day before (Friday). Window of 7:30am to 1pm today (Saturday) came and went with no contact. Called both subcontractor installation company (for dishwasher) and Best Buy / Geek Squad - no updates other than “it has been escalated” and “stay by your phone”. Still without a dishwasher. Rearranged entire day (with 2 small children) waiting on install. Beyond frustrated after spending over $1,500
