I had a dishwasher I purchased delivred Saturday and and the installation was to happen the same day between 1-3pm. The installer called me Friday night 8:30 left message to confirm appointment. The caller sounded very unprofessional but I did call back to confirm and after that call I was just wondering what type of person will be showing up to my home the next day. I had a friend come over to wait to be sure I wasnt the only one home. I sat and waited and waited and no one to install the equipment showed up. I checked my phone and had a text and email stating I needed to reschedule the appointment. I had family coming over Sunday and sadly have a huge box we had to work around and then wash dishes by hand. When I contact Best Buy they were all about rescheduling my appointment but not concerned about the person not showing up, type of person they have doing the installations, the time I spent waiting for them to arrive, cleaning out the sink area and walk way so they had no issues etc. I was some type of compensation for my time and the mess this has became. I am hiring an outside source to install the new dishwasher as I don't trust the people now that Best Buy services their work too. I would like a call back to see what Best Buy is going to do to fix this problem and make my experience better. Thank you!!

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. Washing dishes by hand is a huge pain, especially when doing it for a big group of people. I'm sorry that out installer didn't show up. Your time is valuable, and we want to respect that.
