We recently had a washer and dryer delivered but not completely installed due to the pan not being out far enough. We thought it was Ridiculous because our old stuff was fine where that was, but decided to get a new pan and reschedule installation. I called and spoke with someone who was helpful and I selected today 7-1 delivery. Yesterday I got a call saying it would be between 7-9am. This morning I got an email saying they would be here at 7:35 am. I figured they may be late and they hadn’t called me yet at 8:30 so I called and waited on hold for 20minutes for someone to tell me my appointment was never scheduled or routed. Upset would be an understatement as we have had to live with our laundry room crap all over the house waiting for this to be put in the correct spot. I’m highly disappointed with the service we received for installation.
