I purchased 3 Samsung appliances. Refrig, Range and Dishwasher.
Dishwasher install must be wrong because when I turn it on water comes from the attachements and is flooding kitchen.
This is my first time using dishwasher.
I called on Saturday after it happened so that someone can come repair and they gave me an appointment for today January 14 from 730 to 1130a.
But then they cancelled and now saying the next appointment to repair the installation is February 9th!
That is a month away and I have a big January event happening in a week.
That is horrible and I paid for Total Tech and over $5k for all 3 appliances.
Now what? Can I hire a plumber to fix the repair and send Best Buy the bill?
Will you credit the cost of my Total Tech membership?
Incredibly disappointed.
