Best Buy has pushed back installation 3 times of my appliances. When they did install my microwave, the job was so bad I had to go behind the installers and fix it to make sure it did not fall. I called 3 days ago to confirm todays 3/5/22 installation they confirmed. I get another Email stating they will not be coming 3/5/22 instead it will be 2 more weeks to install my dishwasher and refrigerator. My refrigerator is broke it shoots water out of the icemaker and leaves puddles.. I have paid for installation and it is not being provided. I have called corporate they sent a referral for the store manager to call. He never called. If I can not get my appliances installed properly this week with no leaks, I want all my money back for installation fees.
