Installation issues and "system" inflexibility

So I had a washer and dryer delivered and installed today.  During the installation the hotwater valve broke from the pipe in the wall.  Lots of hot water, a plumber, and $215 later I have a washer and dryer sitting in my dining room and my old washer and dryer in my laundry room. 

 

I called Bestbuy to have someone come finish the install and the soonest available is several days away.  I told them i would finish the install my self, but still needed the old appliances hauled away.  He confirmed they would haul them away the same day that i get my dishwasher installed.  Then i get emails saying my dishwasher installation is canceled.  I call customer service they say there is nothing they can do and i have to call the store.  I was on hold around 25 minutes when someone answered, took my name and number and said they would have someone call me back. 

 

I have very low faith in Bestbuy in terms of appliances and am considering returning my order.   This custom service is horrible; one would expect a company to attempt some damage control after being partially responsible for flooding a house and give some preferential treatment instead of compounding errors.

 

I have not yet received a callback.

This has since been remedied by the store fixing my dishwasher appointment and me installing the washer and dryer my self.  I would reccommend BB looks at restructuring their communications between installers/store/corporate or fully restructuring their appliance installation systems.

 

I would not purchase appliances from BB in the future.
