Installation delay, delay and more delay.

I ordered my full kitchen appliances on Jan 31st. With "Total Care." I chose Best Buy Only because the system said they would deliver and install in 6 days. Which is normal, as I have ordered and had install before on other kitchens. This time it has just been an absolute nightmare. Installation was set up for Feb 6th. I call to confirm the date on Feb 2nd, only to be told that the date wont work and install can only be 3 weeks later on Feb 21st. Relunctantly I agreed, and scheduled for the 21st. They come out with the delivery and said they wont install anything and left without saying good by or anything.

I call customer service, and they say that they will reschedule the install for March 1st. I agreed again. Then I called back to confirm the date, after 2 calls over an hour each, they again said: NO! We wont install on the !st. You have to wait until the 11th of March. This is a condo that I am renting out and I am losing rent money. How can I guarentee that they will actually install the appliance on the Day they scheduled me for??? I am seriously considering cancelling everything and have them come pick up all the appliances and Buy the appliances from Home Depot!!

Welcome to our Best Buy Support forum. I can understand having your appliance delivery and installation postponed multiple times would not be the ideal experience to go through.

 

Typically, delivery and installation will occur on the same date, but there are times when they may need to be done separately. I'd like to look into this with you to see what has been going on with your order, and if there are any options to get this resolved for you sooner.
