Installation - TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Bought a dishwasher over a month ago, scheduled an appointment for a delivery/installation/haulaway. It's still not installed.

Appointment #1: Got rescheduled a week because the manufacturer shipped it to the wrong warehouse.

Appointment #2: Could not complete the install because the installers couldn't get the old dishwasher out. Next available appointment was two weeks away.

Appointment #3 (today): 12-6 timeframe. Was narrowed down to 2-5 the day before. Nobody showed up and nobody called. At 5pm I called (put on hold for 25 min) and was told they couldn't get a hold of the installers; they would keep trying and call us back. 6pm, still haven't received a call. Called again, was transferred to the installers dispatch, waited for 10 min, and finally was told they are 30-45 min away, but they would call 30 min before arrival (?). It's now 6:20 and still haven't heard anything from anybody. Still have not recevied one call; what little information I have is because I kept calling and calling. Why is it so hard to keep a customer updated? I understand things happen and they may run late, but I expect the simple courtesy of calling and providing an update. I shouldn't have to sit on hold extensively to get an update. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
