Just got a new washer and dryer. The Best Buy installers installed the washer and dryer but they left the dryer with a hole punched in the dryer vent duct and the washer is leaking. Now neither are operational. Got new devices which are messed up by the Best Buy installers! Such a disappointment!
There is absolutely no consumer service from Best Buy. I have been trying to call the last two days, but the phone hangs up or I have to wait for more than an hour again with no luck. It is impossible to reach anyone to fix this.

Getting a new washer and dryer should be a fun experience, and it certainly should not be hard to get these issues fixed in a timely manner. Do you need us to get someone out to resolve this for you?
