Installation Experience Terrible

I'm very upset that after scheduling delivery for a microwave 2 weeks ago and seeing it was in stock, my order was not delivered today.

I have already rescheduled the delivery, but I find it terrible that not only was my order not ready. Best Buy didn't even notify me that the microwave was out of stock. Thankfully the company installing it called me. I woke up at 6:30 am to make sure I was available for my 7-9 am delivery window and if the installation company didn't call it seems like Best Buy was in no hurry to contact me.

I'm still incedibly upset though as this appears to happen all the time. I understand supply chain issues, but to advertise something as in stock or available by a certain date only to not have it ready is inexcusable.
