Had an 18 cuf Insignia refrigerator delivered to my house on Saturday. Delivery team shows up during window but didn't have our actual fridge on truck, so they had to go back to store and get it. Luckily I only live a few miles away.
When they showed me the fridge the door didn't close right and it was because of the largest shelf on the door wasn't in its proper spot. He put it back in the right sport and fine. I plugged in the fridge and waited the 4-5 hours to cool and loaded it with drinks as it's a garage fridge. But, the shelf is broken on the side where it connects with door. Tried calling the store, but got call center instead. We talked to two different people and they said just bring the shelf to the store and they'll get it replace. Verified that that was accurate, and they assured us to just bring it to our local store. Get to local store yesterday, nope they don't have anything to do with it. Blamed the call center for bad info and we needed to talk to the part store. The number they gave us didn't work and whenwe finally got to parts store they said they don't do appliances.
How is it this hard to get a replacement shelf???

Hi, karlv1234,
Thank you for reaching out and welcome to our Forum! Having your new appliances delivered should be an exciting experience, but that wasn’t the case here. Receiving conflicting information like this is not okay, so I understand bringing this to attention.
I would be happy to take a closer look into this and see how I can help. To start, please send me a private message with your full name, phone number, email and order number.
