Incomplete installation

Paid the $250 installation fee and all He did was hook the TV up to the cable system and put it on the wall. I also have  Bose stereo that he should have connected but he clainms I need to call the audio department. If I have to pay a separate fee this will be quite distressing. Also expected him to do a simple VCR/DVD connection upstairs which he declined. Also left a hole behind the TV visible after installation. Not great service so far..

Although installation services are final if you feel it was not complete it's your right to get a second look at it by bringing that to attention of the management in the store.


They can help you determine what's wrong and if the mark was fixed, most likely fix it at no charge.
