Incomplete installation and FOUR FAILED DElIVERIES

We had FOUR failed deliveries in Washington! The first delivery came WITHOUT COMPLETE INSTALLATION! A delivery supposedly to be done today didn't materialize! We were told the manager misplaced the paperwork for the delivery!!!!!!!!

FOUR failed deliveries which equate to FOUR WASTED WORK DAYS!
We were almost left with a fridge that is without a handle. Our fridge is now still WITHOUT a logo, and door reversal still undone!

We do not even know how to fix this at this moment!

OMG and I thought I was having a bad experience with them!!

I am so sorry.  I had 2 failed deliveries and thought that was terrible.

In fact in the 3rd one, they damaged the wall bringing it in.
