Incomplete delivery.. missing parts.. BestBuy doesn't care.. What a shame !!!!

BestBuy doesn't care about fulfilling the appliance order completely. The new Samsung dishwasher was delivered without the bottom plate. The dishwasher racks are also wobbly which was reported to BestBuy in the first week itself. The installation itself was a bad experience but thats a different story. Now, I have been following up with Best Buy for over 3 weeks.

The missing parts have been ordered with their supplier and one part has still not shipped/arrived. An appointment that was scheduled to install the missing part and check the wobbly racks had to be cancelled. Customer service doesn't care about following up on incomplete delivery. I am being told to follow up with different departments myself on why the part is not shipped/delivered yet and then followup with them to schedule a 3rd appointment for installation. I have already lost 4 - 5 hours following up with Best Buy and dealing with some rude agents.

 

Where is the customer service ? Regret buying from Best Buy.
