In store appliance purchased experience

Order History. Placed order in store on Oct 10th.

Purchased 1 dishwasher. 1 top load washer. 1 dryer. 

Still unable to locate dryer that was supposed to be delivered on 11/4. Called best buy corporate and in store, they both escalated and we haven't heard back. We had to go into the store to ask for a cancel/refund as we found it in stock at another store. The credit hasn't been refunded to my account. 


Overall, we had 2 deliveries, 2 different installation appointments, 3 visits into the store and multiple phone calls to 1800 bestbuy. With all of this, unable to successfully purchase and get a dryer installed. 


Experience in store was terrible. Blossom Hill location. Reps were not helpful, did not seem sympathetic and were only concerned about making a sale. Once the sale is made, customer service is out the door. I would not recommend purchasing in store at this location.
