So I went to look at a new washer and dryer set at the store. Ordered it. I gave the sales associate all my information. He said that the appliances would be delivered a week from the date of purchase. I waited anxiously for it. On the day that it was supposed to be delivered, I got an email giving me a time. Well, I waited and waited. Not a phone call or another email. So I called them. I spoke to this guy named "Glen." He apologized and said that they tried called a number and the person on the other line said they were not expecing a delivery. I was like WTH??? But because it's not in the system yet, Glen could not schedule another delivery appointment. He promised that he would add a note in his file to call me the next day to reschedule and offered a compensation in the form of a gift card. Well, the next day...nothing from Glen. I contacted them again through the online chat and the person on the other line said the next available date of delivery is another week.
Is anyone having delivery issues as well? This is the last time I purchase anything from Best Buy.
