Improper dishwasher installation

I ordered a Bosch dishwasher on July 12 with installation. It was delivered and installed on August 7. After a couple of days we started realizing the installer did a really shoddy job, when screws started falling out. He left the bottom faceplate just propped up against the dishwasher with the screws hanging loose in it, they were not actually screwed into anything. Worse, they only properly secured the dishwasher to the counter in one place, the other screw fell out as well. As a result the dishwasher keeps swinging in and out on the one screw it is secured with.

Please respond urgently, I'm considering reversing the credit card charge on this purchase for services not delivered properly.
