Dear Fellow Customers:
Below is my continued saga with BestBuy. I ordered a dishwasher and a washing machine for delivery/install. After 4 failed attempts due to 1. Delivery not happening as scheduled 2. Generic Certificate of Insurance given 3. Custom Certificate of insurance expired (custom is apparently valid for just one day) 4. Install person showing before delivery person 5. Delivery person showing upo before condo association allows deliveries e.g. 7 AM.
I have wasted 4 precious days of my life off work and on calls/chats with Geek Squad. I have transcripts where I have been "promised" that delivery team will have COI, dont worry sir we have added to their notes that reach condo only after 9 AM, we "promise" you things will go smoothly this time. I have all these transcripts documented and 25 hrs of my life down the drain and bestbuy just keeps messing up scheduled deliveries.
So fellow customers - Please save yourself mental harassment and DO NOT Order from BestBuy. Today is 4th delivery/install attempt and even after repeated reminders that come after 9 AM, the installers show up at 8 AM and are promptly refused entry to condo. The third party installer Jenny tells me there are NO Notes that delivery needs to happen after 9 AM. MaryGrace - the Geeksquad chat specialist words to me yesterday - when I was saying please look at install time...this is 4th delivery attempt...pls fix the 7 am to 9 am call time I have received from automated system - "BestBuy is ashamed that you've been experience this kind of service. This is not we vision to provide a good service for our all valued customer like you. Rest assured that this will be noted as promise. I do hope that you won't take against BestBuy chat support here online for your experience over the phone and in store."
So I give 10 rating to CSR and here I am 14 hrs later and same mess....
