New Maytag washer and dryer delivered last week guys could not figure out how to stack and install had another installer come today he took pictures of a simple install. Tested the dryer and as he said SERIOUS FIRE HAZZARD!! Previous Geek Squad Installer had wiring all wrong when the guy today turned it on to test it blew out the power and outlet the NEW DRYER IS FRIED AND SO IS OUR LAUNDRY ROOM!! ONLY HELP IS TO WAIT FOR SEDGWICK TO RETURN CALL!!

STILL WAITING FOR A CLAIM REPSONSE FOR THE FIRE HAZARD INSTALL OF OUR NEW WASHER & DRYER BY THE GEEK SQUAD. It is NOT the Bestbuy its an expensive home damage headache waiting game to get a claim started weeks later and NO repsonse!

Since Best Buy would be unable to directly assist in the damage claims resolution process, your best option would be to contact Sedgewick Claims Management Services directly. Still waiting for Best Buy Installer to send pics to Sedgwick the process is long, difficult and stressful you have to keep contacting them every week and the emails with your adjusters phone number DO NOT WORK. Very Doubtful this will ever be resolved. Disappointing ...... We have been BestBuy customers for over 15+ years ..... Things happen, The expectation is BestBuy would make things right and put the customer first
