I need to talk to a district manager asap

Best Buy made and mistake and said that their insurance would be getting with me so I can be refunded. Now Best Buy won’t talk to me because they said insurance is dealing with it. I can explain more once I talk to a District manager. It’s all over an unprofessional installation of a remote start. Please help me.

Can you please share some more information with us regarding your experience? I didn’t see where I could private message. I was never given a claim number. It’s such a big mess. I don’t want to have to take further steps but if it’s not resolved soon I will. Please help me. As I am frustrated.

Thank you for letting us know that you had difficulties finding the blue button to send us a private message. I did not find the orange envelope. I am on my cell phone. I see the private message but only a few lines. Please help
