I need to have a Refund to My account for an item that NOT CORRECT. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED.

Dear Customer Service,

 

First I would like to say its been a nitemare for the last several weeks. Trying to get this order fixed. 

 

Finally Best Buy came and picked up the GE Double wide oven. 

It has been processed in the returns dept already.. EXCEPT FOR THE INSTALLATION. ($199.))

I WANT THIS AMOUNT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 

 

The issue I have is that I dont feel I should HAVE pay for Installation for AN ITEM that was incorrectly sent to me. THIS WAS A GENERAL ELECTRIC OR BEST BUY ERROR. BUT THIS PARTICULAR PRODUCT  OVEN DOES NOT EXIST  IN YOUR SYSTEM OR GE FOR THAT MATTER.  Selling an Item that has no warranties or could be a defective product which - maybe have caused an electrric fire in my home would have caused your company millions of dollars in law suits. 

 

 

My orignal order {removed per forum guidelines}

 

was for a purcase of GE DOUBLE WALL OVEN MODEL # JTD5000SNSS  $1899.99

I ALSO  PURCHASED  3 YR. PROTECTION PLAN                                          154.99

AND INSTALLATION WAS                                                                                  199.99

 

 

WHAT I RECEIVED INSTEAD WAS MODEL NO# JTD5000SN1SS

                                                             SERIAL NO. {removed per forum guidelines}

 

THIS OVEN WAS MUCH SMALLER AND I ALSO HAD TO PAY THE INSTALLTION AN ADDITIONAL $50.00 FOR THEM TO RAISE THE OVEN.. AFTER THEY LEFT I NOTICED THE REGISTRATION CARD DID NOT MATCH AND CALLED CUSTOMER SERIVICE IMMEDIATLY.. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO HAVE IT REMOVED - IT WAS FINALLY TAKEN OUT OF MY HOME ON  ON JULY 6TH  

 

ALL MONIES WERE ISSUED EXCEPT FOR THE INSTALLTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $199.99

WHICH I WOULD LIKE PROCESSED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 

 

THIS ITEM DOES NOT EXIST IN YOUR SYSTEM AND IS A CLEAR CASE OF BAIT AND SWITCH

 

 

I HAVE TO NOW GO AN PURCHASE ANOTHER OVEN AND PAY DOUBLE ON THE INSTALLTION.

 

i HAVE COPIES OF THE CONSUMER PRODUCT AND I ALSO TOOK PICTURES OF THE MODEL & SERICAL NUMBER THAT WAS IN THE OVEN. 

 

UNFORTUNATLY YOUR SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO DOWNLOAD IT HERE. 

 

PLEASE HAVE SOME ONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT ME AND REFUND THIS AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT. 

 

IF NO REPLAY I WILL CONTACT YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE AND  CONSUMMERS AFFAIRS AS THIS FRAUDLENT ACTIVINTY AND BAIT AND SWITCH ON THIS PARTICUALR PRODUCT.
