I need help.

My husband and I bought the TV, TV sound system, and refrigerator through a local best buy home consultant back in last year July. we still have a problem with kichenaid refrigerator. 
 
When we got the refrigerator, it was defective one, so I requested an exchange. 
I waited about 3 months to get it, and finally it arrived, but the delivery guys said that the back of the refrigerator was damaged out of a new box, and they just took it back. 
After that, we had to call customer service made a new appointment.
We waited a month, then sudenly best buy cancelled the appointment saying that they do not have a refrigerator. 
Then a few days later, they delivered the refrigerator, but it was not a new one, It was an open box refrigerator .
I immediately called customer service, but they couldn't do anything the same day. I called the next day, then the customer service said it was back ordered and they can't order a new one and they can't help me. 
she gave me email address - S-001049-leaders@bestbuy.com for this issue, and I wrote the email, but didn't get any responses yet.
 
I have all kitchenaid appliances, and this refrigerator is the only one that I want. 
Can you please help to get the new one? 
I paid full price for a new one, not the used one.
I desperatly need to return this open box and get a new one that I pay for. 
Can somebody help me on this?

Thank you for your patience.

I was looking up to see if there was a way for me to get the refrigerator you are wanting but it is not letting me order it at this time.  Would you be willing to keep the unit you have in home for a discounted price?

I called customer service, and they said regional manager can order through factory direcly. 

is that true? I also got the call from Jesse - account associate who sold the package, and he said I have to wait until this is available to order....But I am very nervious that it can't be exchanged or returned later, and I don't know when this refrigorator will be available...

 

For the open box, 

I do not want discount, I want the new refrigerator for this model for sure. 

The open box refrigerator make really big noise, and I think it is retruned to you. 

I can't keep this one.
