just had my 3rd delivery appointment cancelled for a refrigerator. And I only know because I called 2 hours after the window for delivery was over. No idea why. THIRD TIME!!! Its been over a week, I've been lied to multiiple times by people on the phone and multiple times I've been lied to via the chat line (I have the transcripts). The level of frustration at not being able to speak to someone in charge is enough to go postal. This is what I get for 3 years of Elite Plus???
