I know I've already mentioned it, but I'll state this again: The expected window for assistance is averaging 7-8 days. What ultimately determines when you get assistance is them reaching your post in their queue. The moderators, other forum members, and all of the customers who are ahead of you appreciate your patience as the moderators work to get to your post.
Go ahead and have your case number handy for when they reach you, that number will allow them to quickly peruse the previous details gathered from those times you called in. Also, please wait until they request those details and send them privately. Do not post that on the forums publicly.
