Hustled by third party delivery

On the initial delivery the guy would not hook up water line because he claimed that I didn’t pay for the plan which I did but added he will do it after all his deliveries for $175
On the second attempt the delivery guy claimed that my cold water value was broken and that he could do it if I paid him $120 so after a few choice words and a call to complain it mysteriously not broken anymore . The worst experience After spending so much money

Me having my appliances is not a solution to be hustled by tech for cash and when the tech realized that I reported him he didn’t put in the water filter he just left
