I took advantage of the free installation offer by purchasing a Pioneer Bluetooth InDash CD Receiver for $99.99, but I never recieved an email regarding the scheduling. I have the item now and I am ready to schedule the installation but I'm not sure how.
This was a guest order, was I supposed to make an account to qualify for the free installation offer?

Thanks for joining our forums! Most of our free car audio installs are added to your cart right when you checkout on BestBuy.com. Alternatively, if you do not want installation, there is an option to proceed without it. If free installation was not added, it most likely means that product did not qualify, or it was removed.
