I have had nothing but the worst customer service ever by a major company as Best Buy.
Item finally delivered yesterday and today it doesn't work.
Call the geek squad number got a supervisor/manager and get no call back.

I’m to the point to say come get the items and refund my $$$

I’ll be waiting for a reply. I can’t believe you can’t talk to anyone higher that someone in off shore call center.
