-How do I file a complaint and get refund?

Bought a smart thermostat online from best buy. Had the geek squad come in and install it, but they installed it in a way that it would only shoot cold air. Then they came back and messed with my wiring for the air conditioning /heater. The result was the thermostat was stuck on hot air and wouldnt turn off the heater. On the third appointment, they found out the thermostat wasnt the problem, it was the wiring shenanigans they tried doing. On the fourth appointment the guy said Best Buy isnt even certified to be touching those wires. They recommended get an HVAC certified person in. I got one and told that best buy coming here to touch wires was a bad decision and would void any warranty on hvac system. We had to get a new system.

So here I am trying to make a report and get my refund on an installation they screwed up and on the thermostat. Before this month, I had only good experiences with Best Buy. But this is definetly some shady stuff. Called best buy and got transferred 7 times before they transferred one last time and hung up instead of answering. Called couple more times, but this time they dropped my call by the second transfer. Ive invested so much on this and nothing good came out of this mess.
