I had Delivery & Installation of a refrigerator scheduled for today between 3:30pm-7:30pm and it's now 9pm and no one has arrived or called, emailed, texted to say there was a delay and the delivery will be rescheduled.
I received a phone call on Saturday confirming the delivery and then received multiple emails and texts including today to confirm my delivery. A call to customer service did not provide any additional information or help. How long should I be expected to wait for someone to arrive or update me? The Best Buy website order details still states "Your appointment is on schedule".

And now the webpage updated with the page stating I need to schedule my appointment and no mention of the appointment that was just totally missed. How do I get this resolved?

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns about your missed refrigerator delivery. A missed delivery, especially one without communication, is certainly far from the experience we want for any customer. Typically, if a home service team is running late, they or their dispatcher should call to keep you in the loop. It's hard to say what specifically happened in this situation, but I would like to do what I can to assist.

Just had my second appointment no call, no show for this delivery. Luckily rather than taking another day off from work it was only a wasted Saturday evening waiting for this delivery.
I want to cancel this order for a refund, how do I do so? I can't see giving this clown show of a company any money now or in the future.

My item never showed up but the cancellation was the best part of the process. Surprisingly I received my refund only 3 days after cancelling - worked better than I would have expected. Well done!
