Horrible experience

I have never in my life dealt with worse customer support than Best Buy. They do not care whatsoever what they destroy in your house. They delivered a washer on 2/18 when they were supposed to deliver washer and dryer that day. About 7 am I receive a call that they don’t have my dryer. Would have been nice to know earlier than that day…. They get there about 9 am and deliver the washer. They ran a cycle and the washer experienced leaking. I called Best Buy Saturday afternoon after the delivery and said we are experiencing issues with the washer and it leaking. They said they would fix it when they brought the dryer on 2/23 so I wait all week for the dryer and the two men come and look at the washer and see no issues with a leak they say….. they install the washer and they said “it’s good to go” as anyone who has waited 2 months for a washer to be delivered the first thing you do is throw in a load of clothes to be washed. I throw them in and go finish up some last minute tasks before my guests arrive for the weekend to a catastrophe. I have water coming through the ceiling of my first floor of my house. Through the vent through the lights my laundry room is flooded the walls are Saturated in water. I’ve talked to god knows how many people. I have a claim out that no one will get back to me in regards to. I am not paying for any of this. You ruined my entire house and just expect it to be “ok” no. This is unacceptable. I want answers. I want my damages to be paid. I need someone who is going to call me back and tell me what you are going to do and when I will get paid for having to redo walls and paint and flooring. And I want answers now
