Horrible experience!

I would like a Best Buy represetative to contact me.  I was just on the phone with customer service, and she HUNG UP ON ME!  I was simply explaining my issue (for which I had a reference number and was TOLD to call after my delivery for reasonable compensation for what I went through).  When giving my reference number, the first gentleman read all the notes about my issue that was in the computer and transferred me to the correct person.  After waiting on hold for a long time, I told this woman my reference number, she claims there are no notes there.  A lie.  She was rude and asked what my problem was.  As I started going into my story again, click--hung up.  Again, I was TOLD to call with this reference number, because Best Buy messed up my order and delayed my delivery as a result, unknown to us until they simply didn't show up when they said they would, resulting in loss of time from work and no ability to cook food, because we got rid of our range the day before they were supposed to show up with our new one.  I would like someone to contact me!  This is outrageous!
