Horrible delivery that is on camera

I just had a washer/dryer delivered. The men tried rushing through the door as my husband & I are telling them to wait as I have two young children & a cat. They opened our door & started to come in & started banging the unit trying to get it through the door without any care. I told them they needed to slow down it was told no. I told them there was scratches and dents in the unit & I didn’t want it in my home. I was refusing delivery. They then pushed me out of the way to force the unit into my home without my permission. In doing so my kitchen lamp was slammed to the ceiling & I was screaming at them to stop since they were moving in pushing me away as I was trying to move my toddler out of the way, stop my cat from running out of the house & stop the damage they caused. The men then dove off my deck & ran to their truck with my husband literally chasing after them. My kitchen now is unusable as my table is in front of my oven & unit where my table should be. This is a huge safety issue for my home and no one is responding to me. I need the unit out of my house and be refunded what I paid. I feared for the safely of my family during this delivery. It was insane!
