Horrible customer service

{removed per forum guidelines} is my order number. You told me 830 to 1230 delivery. Then at 3 call to say it isn't coming. I have tried calling been disconnected twice and waited well over an hour. I chatted online they gave me some information then disconnected on me. Worse customer service ever.
