Horrible customer service

Best Buy is a joke. Purchased security cameras from here back on December 17th and scheduled the free installation. They then canceled that first installation because the contractor didn’t want to come out from Dayton to do the installation; said to call geek squad and they would get someone out the same day; nope, they scheduled it for January 6th. That one was then cancelled with no one calling to inform of the cancellation. This was only discovered because I called 30 minutes after the end of the installation window from 7am-1pm.THEN they scheduled it for today 01/23 only to be told AGAIN they have to cancel but can reschedule.It is a joke to try to talk to anyone all they say is yes I can help you with this then repeat the same thing over and over again that they can reschedule no matter what you tel them. They refuse to connect you to management even though requested numerous times. Do NOT get anything from here you can’t do yourself; they don’t care about their customers only getting that money from you. They were VERY quick to take money , after that they couldn’t care less.The installers don’t want to go from one location to another, so they just cancel and tell you to reschedule for another day. Even going into the store to talk to a manager “since you can’t get one on the phone” produced no results other than more excuses and then being told I’ll look into it and give you a call back in 15 minutes if you want to go ahead and go. Over 30 minutes waiting in the parking lot and still nothing. Best Buy does not care about its customers, only the money they can get. Over an hour at the actual store for NOTHING to be done about anything. Returned the product since no one would actually install as they advertise, set up and promise. Hmmmm ……can you say false advertisement anyone???

I sincerely appreciate that and have removed the personal identifiable information from public view. However, due to our Privacy Policy we are only able to provide information about a purchase to the original purchaser, so we would need to speak directly with them to be able to provide further assistance. We are done attempting to call , the automated system is a joke. You have the contact information of the original purchaser , MY HUSBAND, so if anyone actually cares like you are trying to make it sound, they can contact him. He attempts to call in and gets passed around between people who have no idea what they are talking about and can barely be understood when they talk. As stated in the subject line, customer service is a joke.

I am the original purchaser and as my wife stated this whole situation has been nothing short of a joke. I expect better out of companies such as Best Buy and Geek Squad. You have my contact information as does everyone else I have spoken with over the phone, online and in person. If you think you can add something productive to the issue feel free to contact me but if you are just going to lie and offer false promises as most everyone at your company has done to date then please don’t waste my time.
