Horrible Service

I had a microwave and instalation scheduled for 12-4 today.  I received all confirmation emails and no one ever showed.  I call customer service and it says it is over a 2 hour wait to speak with someone.  I then entered an online chat where the rep said they were escalating the issue and someone would call me back within 72 hours.  What kind of a business is this?  AVOID BEST BUY LIKE THE PLAGUE.  There is a reason this compnay is consistently on the verge of bankruptcy and quite franly after this experieince they deserve to go out of business.  I took the day off of work and still no answers or product I have been charged for.  Now I have to spend time buying a microwave elsewhere and waiting more time for it, not to mention having to call my bank to put a stop on the entire transaction as they said there would be a delay cancelling the order.  I will be contacting the NY State Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau and will never ever step foot in a Best Buy ever again!  Remember 1 bad customer will tell many many others of their experience.

For anyone seeing this thinking of doing business with Best Buy, after 2 hours on the phone it turns out they scheduled my microwave instalation as a home theater instalation.  Still not sure why no one ever showed up or called.  This company is clearly full of incompetence.  I cancelled my order and am now setting up a purchase and install with another company.  I also just bought a mini fridge at Best Buy over the weekend that I'm now going to empty and return as I am not giving this company a single cent of my money ever again and will spread this situation all over social media.  I look forward to the day this company closes its doors for good!
