Horrible Service Experience / Complaint

Good evening

 

My name is Raaed {removed per forum guidelines} and I would like discuss and receive some assistance hopefully and resolving a problem I am having with a service order for a camera install I initiated on April 27, 2019 that was only completed today, May 14, 2109.  I am very unhappy and unsettled with how this whole process has progressed.  

 

Below are the details of my original install date

 

Appointment Detail(s):

Order: {removed per forum guidelines}
Service Date: April 27, 2019
Arrival Window: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
Location: {removed per forum guidelines}

 

First  -  arrival window was 8 to 12.  Actual arrival time was 1230

Second -  Job was never completed - Agent did not leave my house until 730pm and the job had still not been completed

Third - As part of the incomplete job, the agents left 2 holes in the siding of my house

Forth -  Communication has been horrible - Reached out to a manager, Daniel {removed per forum guidelines}, after the job was still not completed on May 8.  No response, so on May 9th I called him.  He answered and was in simple words rude and inconsiderate.  That was such a bad experice so I reached out to the store manager, Idan (who has been considerate and helpful so far).  He contacted the install manager, {removed per forum guidelines}, then called me back and said that Mr. {removed per forum guidelines} would call me to straightened things out.  He was supposed to call me the next day on the 10th.  I did not hear from him until May 13th, a day before he made an appt only 1 day later on the 14th.  

Fifth - From the moment I scheduled an install date, April 13, 2019 until the moment the job was done, May 14, 2019, no quote or price was ever discussed.  Ever.   I assumed price would be $199 because according to the total tech package I have that was starting price and with the package it should be cheaper.  Once job was completed, the agent tried to collect $699. 

Sixth - Through all this chaos, the 8th camera could not be located and I now have to purchase an additional camera.  And I still have 2 holes on the siding of my house.  

 

Please help me resolve this situation in a timely manner - I have been waitng since 4/27/19.  I have been a loyal best buy customer for over 15 years and have made more purchases than I can count and of all the installs I have had best buy make for me, this has been the worst one.  Enought to keep me from ever shopping there again.
