Horrible Scheduling System, pitiful

Website is very confusing. For the installation of our new oven, we have 3 items to schedule. Really? I believe that my appointment is scheduled per the second item below for Saturday July 11 between noon and 3 PM. Great, just like the store. What is confusing is the “Please schedule you appointment” and the first item When I select the Schedule >, the screen below says to select a date before July 11, 2020 however, the calendar starts in September 2020. You all got to get it together. This is a confusing system and makes me not want to recommend BestBuy to anyone. I’ve been on the phone waiting to clear this up for over 1 hour (so much for the 25 minute wait time).
