Horrible NON Delivery&Installation Experience

We purchased a washer and dryer on Monday 9/2 and also two televisions specifically to be delivered ASAP and were assured we would have them on Thursday 9/5. We just moved into our new home and have desperate need for the washer and dryer. We explained in GREAT detail where our home was located providing cross street and other landmark for the delivery. However, the trucking company failed to follow these instructions, went to a wrong address… called and blamed us and then also blamed BEST BUY for not providing the very detailed instructions we provided TWICE for each of the separate purchases... and REFUSED to deliver our much needed washer and dryer. After many phone calls including pleading with the trucking company to please deliver on Friday 9/6 they said that THEIR earliest convenient time was Monday! Not any consideration for OUR convenience and taking NO ownership for the mistake of not following our very detailed instructions to our home. The issue is one of two streets with the same name in one zip code...  so the truck was only 15 minutes away when they called to say they wouldn't bother to find us!


This lack of customer service orientation by the trucking and logistics company Best Buy uses is not a good reflection on Best Buy where we have come to expect superior customer service.


We have reached out to have someone please reconcile this and have our washer and dryer delivered today! But no one seems to have the power to help!


Please help me to find someone who could be helpful!

Now they have delivered on Monday 9/9, NOT A Word back from anyone in customer service... and the DRYER IS BROKEN!!

The crew that dropped off said they had to leave it and to call BEST BUY.

After calling we are being told we need to start ALL OVER and keep dropping our calls...

After all we have purchased at BEST BUY and I am surprized that noone cares about someone who has furnished two homes with many televisions and other equipment that NOONE CARES!!!

This is ridiculous and our business will be going to small hometown companies from now on.


Good luck ... your sales personnel were great... the rest is just horrible...
