Jenny just wanted to let you know it took the store 3 hours to refund my money. You would not have been able to cancel the order. Not that you would have, just more lip service The store also informed me that they have never heard of doing a delivery and then a week later doing an installation nor would the store ever agree to that. They also showed me what was really going on with the order. How no one can find the inventory and they also showed me all the lies customer service has been telling me. And how any delivery date was a guess. And what amazed me was the order showing the tv had been delivered to me. Of course there was no signature Yes it was lies. Be proud of yourself and worst Buy. No need to respond. I bought a tv from your competitor, it will be installed on wed this week. Absolutely amazing, so much different than my experience at worst buy. But it’s just another lost customer. No need to respond.
