High Priority - Delivery and Installation Delayed as Items status is In Transit since last 3 weeks

I had purchased a TV and mount and had the delivery and installation setup. However, my address changed before the installation date. At that point when I contacted Best Buy they said they are not able to update the address and neither able to cancel the order. They suggested that when they will try to deliver at my old address and they will not be able to find me, I can get the address updated at that time and get it scheduled for installation again at a later date. Since then, it has been 3 weeks now and I have contacted Best Buy customer support multiple times, visited the store multiple times but no one has been able to fix this with the reason that the status shows In Transit. Every time I contact customer support, they say that they have escalated it and I will hear back in 48 hours, but nothing till now. They are even not able to cancel the order so I get a refund and buy another TV. I am just waiting since last 3 weeks and chasing Best Buy agents in order to get this fixed. This is really frustrating for me now, either install the TV or cancel it and refund my money. I do not want to wait indefinitely.

Josh was really helpful in getting this resolved so quickly for me when any of the customer support agents were unable to get this fixed. Thank You Josh, appreciate all your efforts on this.
