Help Treadmill is lost

On June 20, 2021 we ordered a Boflex Treadmill because it was cheaper by a few hundred dollars than Amazon prime on prime day. It stated that it would be delivered on 6/24/2021 between 2-6:30pm so we took the day off. Well it was not delivered and when we checked the web-site it stated it was delivered. The next morning we called the Geek Squad and they stated it was delivered on 6/19/2021 well that could not be true because we did not order it until 6/20/2021. Ok Then we called again on 6/26/2021 and it stated it was delivered that day again no delivery. Each person we talk to is unable to give us an answer where our item is

Update call Best Buy and they stated their driver said that he called us and we told him on 6/26/21 that we had already received our treadmill I asked why would we do that when we called on 6/24 to tell them it was not delivered. I am wondering if their driver did not off load it to someone and pocket the money. We order this item on 6,20 and today is 7/5 and all Best Buy can say we our working on it.
