Help - Emergency Custom COI

Good morning - I had called and requested a custom COI and after 30min of being on hold I was sent the wrong thing.  I have a delivery today between 9am (now) and 1pm and I need to make sure I have the right thing before he delivery people come.

This was handled but not beacuse a new COI was submitted.
