Haven't Received Gift Card For Damaged Product

Towards the end of February, I had some kitchen appliances delivered and the box for my range was damaged, leaving a dent in it. I didn't want to go through exchanging it, so the Geek Squad delivery team helped document the issue and got me on the phone with customer support. They offered a $100 gift card for the damage and said it would be sent via mail. It's been over a month now, and I have yet to recieve the gift card. I wanted to see if anyone could check into this for me. I never recieved any physical confirmation about it, so I wasn't sure how to best follow up. Please let me know if there's any information you need from me. Thank you!
