We have had an issue with installation and damage has been done to the walls and apt. We were provided claim number and no one has reached out. When we call, they ask to leave a message and no one responds again. What is the process to track this and get it resolved?

I see several people here having the same issue and no real answer that suggests the best path.
they asked us to call the 855-832-1338 number. Done several times and need to get this moving.
