Haul away and installation

To make my issue short. I order a LG refrigerator and dishwasher. Paid to get the dishwasher installed and free install on fridge and have my old appliances hauled away which I paid for that too. So that day came and they couldn’t do the installation on both because I had water in my lines in fridge and the piping for dishwasher would bend when trying to loosen the connection to the main water line or something. So then I called a professional to install the dishwasher and they told me nothing was wrong with my piping. As for the fridge,I decided to do it myself with help of course. Removed old fridge and yes some water which only lasted couple minutes and then put in new fridge, keep in mind this was not easy for us since we had to take off the doors on new fridge to fit through our door and then up 2 steps with a hand truck that we had to buy. I feel like spent extra which I shouldn’t have to if there was nothing wrong. Now I still want my old fridge and dishwasher to be hauled away by Best Buy. 3 times, no call no show. Even customer service is trying to figure out what is happening and every time we do another reschedule, it’s the same thing, no call no show. This has been really frustrating and I don’t understand why am having this problem. I have never ever experience issues with Best Buy when I order products or services. This whole situation just makes me think that I should have not excepted the delivery, have it returned to the store and just bye from Home Depot. And I should have to spend extra money because Best Buy third party couldn’t do their job.

I’ve decided to go with someone else. I can’t wait and hoping the delivery team will show, which I believe will be another no call/no show. This will be my last purchase of big items from Best Buy.
